Περιγραφή: Mediterranean islands are crucial resting and feeding places for migratory species. The very large consumption of energy that is required for the migration and the lack of other pathways leave the birds quite vulnerable and an easy target for the illegal hunters. The present study, was focused on 3 Ionian islands that the phenomenon of poaching seems more intense in order to locate and record possible changes on the attitude and behavior of target groups and evaluate the education roles as well as to inform the public on the poaching phenomenon.
